Cancellations must be made at least 42 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling appointments. Refunds are not offered for cancellations. Clients may reschedule their appointment for another date and time, provided that availability allows for rescheduling. Intellectual Property 1. All photographs, digital content, and marketing materials produced by Ashley Long Creative LLC remain the intellectual property of Ashley Long Creative LLC. 2. Clients are granted a limited license to use the photographs and digital content for personal or business purposes. Client Responsibilities 1. Clients must obtain any necessary permissions, licenses, or releases for the use of third-party content in their projects. Limitation of Liability 1.
